100 Points - Acceptable Referee Form

If attendance at an ADIG office or NAB branch is not possible for signatory identification, an Acceptable Referee may identify a signatory.

The Acceptable Referee must sight identifying documents and sign the form. THey must have known the person being identified for at least 12 months. There are 36 categories of Acceptable Referees, and details are included in the form.
