100 Points Identification

This form with appropriate documents can be used to identify new account signatories at an ADIG office or a branch of the NAB.

Signatories must be identified for new accounts, and where signatories to an existing account are changing. ADIG is required to complete signatory identification by the Financial Transactions Reports Act 1988. If it is not possible to attendant an ADIG office in Armidale or Tamworth, or a NAB branch, contact ADIG as other options exist.
