Interruption to
ADIG
office services
Please note
that on Thursday 22nd March, ADIG will be converting to new main computer software.
This will mean:
Definite unavailability of access to
account information by ADIG staff on Thursday March 22,
from 1pm. Hence, many services such as account balances and withdrawals
(cash, cheque and electronic transfers), will be unavailable that
afternoon.
This
interruption to services includes those performed over the
telephone, on the
internet and by our agencies.
Probable
unavailability of access to account information
by our staff on Friday March 23, ALL DAY. Again
this will limit the services we can offer on the day.
Again, this
interruption to services includes those performed over the
telephone, on the
internet and by our agencies.

Interruption to

For the same reason outlined at left, access to your
account using
ADIGonline will not be available from Thursday March 22,
12pm until Monday March 26th.
This is a worst case
scenario, and we hope the interruption will be less than stated above,
HOWEVER you should assume ADIGonline will be unavailable from 12pm Thursday
March 22 until the morning of Monday the 26th, and do all transfers and viewing
of
accounts prior to 12pm on Thursday March 22. |

This is a worst case scenario,
and we hope the interruption will be less than stated above, HOWEVER
you should assume ADIG may not be able to process your transaction after 1pm Thursday
March 22, until the morning of Monday the 26th.
We apologise for any
inconvenience caused. This is a major upgrade to ADIG's main computer
software that will enable us to provide better service to our depositors
into the future. Every attempt will be made to minimise the disruption to
our depositors.
