IMPORTANT NOTICE

ADIG Online Passwords

In late August/early September, there will be an upgrade of the computer that hosts ADIGonline. This will happen simply and easily and without disruption.

We are asking all current ADIGonline users to simply login to ADIGonline any time between now and the middle of August to ensure their password remains current.

Many of you will do this anyway in using ADIGonline! There is no need to change your password - just make sure you login at least once. This will rectify any possible problem before it can occur and avoid any possible inconvenience to you.

As good security practice, DO NOT use any links in this newsletter or any other emails to get to our website - use your own bookmarks/favourites to get to our website.

  Periodical Payments

Incorrect Narration of "INS Insurance PP"

We are aware of a problem where some regular periodical payments appear in your account with an irrelevant  narration or reference of "INS Insurance PP".  This problem is known to the software developers and and a correction to the programme will be implemented with the next upgrade later this year.

Thank you to all those who noticed the issue and let us know.

 

Go to ADIG online to get details of interest earned

To access the information, login as normal, then hover your mouse pointer over the Personal menu at the top left of your screen. When the list of menu options drops you will see Interest YTD.

When you click on this option you will see in a table at the top of the screen the information for the Current Financial Year (i.e. from 1st July 2007 onwards, or the current financial year, not the financial year just gone).

If you scroll down you will see the next table is titled Previous Financial Year  (i.e. up to 30/6/07).  

This is the interest for the previous financial year, when accessing it today, for taxation purposes.

If you have other member numbers linked to your main member number, you will need to Login to these member numbers separately to obtain the interest amounts for these accounts.
