Upgrade

Reminder: Although ADIGonline provides a substantial level of security when accessing your accounts, it is still the responsibility of computer owners to use up-to-date virus protection and firewall programs. ADIG cannot be responsible for security deficiencies in individual computers. 

 From Tuesday 27 a new version of ADIGonline will be installed. This will continue to be accessed via our website. A major feature of this upgrade is enhanced security, one part of which is a new login method (see picture to right).

The change is simply the way you enter your password - by clicking on characters on the virtual keyboard rather than typing them in. (You still type your member number in the top box first). After clicking on all the keys in your password, click on Enter on the virtual keyboard. This is a more secure method of entering your password.

For security reasons we do not send emails with a link to our home page or to any login to ADIGonline - You should never respond to emails that do this or use links in emails to login to ADIGonline.

To use ADIGonline go to our website as normal and click on the ADIGonline link. If you do not see the keyboard as shown, go back to the home page of our website and refresh the page, or delete your browser history then try again. If you are still unsure, Contact Us.
