ADIG 2010 Annual Report

The 2010 ADIG Annual Report is available now downloadable PDF. The report shows a strong result at ADIG in the wake of the global financial crisis.

To help our environment hard copies of the report are no longer automatically sent to all depositors. A printed copy is available, on request, by telephoning our Tamworth office on 1800 803 194.

The digital version will remain on our website.

ADIG Customer Survey

At ADIG our customers are very important. We believe we offer very good customer service and a great range of accounts to our depositors.

However we would like to hear from you about your ADIG experience.

Please go to our website www.adig.com.au and on the home page in the News section at the bottom of the page you will find the link to a survey we are conducting over a couple of weeks.

Alternatively there is a direct link (to the survey only) below.

It takes only 5-10 minutes to complete the survey and it will help us maintain the good things and perhaps improve in some areas.

The survey is anonymous, there is nothing to identify you. Our Management and Board will

assess the collated results to assist in our future planning.

Thank You

Agency spotlight:

Carrigan & Co Chartered Accountants in Narrabri became an ADIG agency in 2009.  They are located at 1/155 Maitland Street Narrabri.

ADIG agencies can take deposits, open new accounts, draw a cheque on your ADIG account and obtain account balances and other information upon your request.

Always follow these important security principles with regard to ADIGonline:

· Never go to our login page from a link in this or any other email - use our website only.  There are many emails going around purporting to be from various banks asking people to click on a link and login to their internet banking, with various reasons offered. What this does of course is take you to a mock up login site which is only designed to capture your password as you enter it.  We will never send an email with a link asking you to login.

·

· Retype our home page web address or select it from your favourites when you are using the webpage to get to ADIGonline.

·

· Change your password regularly and use a combination of letters, numbers and other characters. Don't use obvious things that can be guessed, such as names of children or pets.

·

· Use and update virus protection on your computer. This is very important to stop criminals obtaining information by hacking into your computer.

  • If ever in doubt, or something doesn't seem quite right, don't go through with your transaction and phone us immediately.

Only go to the ADIGonline login page from our website, never from links in emails or anywhere else
