ADIG Website outage Yesterday

Our website is back up after a significant outage yesterday.

ADIG apologises to our depositors for any inconvenience caused from our website being down from around 10am yesterday and well into the evening.

Our website is now back up and fully functional.

We had no control of issues which occurred yesterday at a large Australian third party web-hosting company, which affected thousands of Australian websites.

ADIG also had no warning of the issue, and as the problem affected the whole website we had no opportunity to place any notices on the normal website location.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our depositors, most of whom were able to perform urgent transactions by fax and obtain account information once we established identity.

ADIG has experienced very few web interruptions since we launched our website in 2003 and will closely monitor the future performance of our web host. Implicit in having a website is the reliance on third parties such as telecommunication providers and web hosting companies.

Last year our Christmas Club account holders averaged almost $1200 each in their final balance! This could be you!  You only need to deposit regularly - either monthly or fortnightly - there is no minimum amount. The average deposit is $20 per fortnight but you can put in more or less than this. We can  set up a free direct debit from your bank account.
